Worker/Contractor Application Form
We
are looking for someone to work with us long term and are only
considering those who have a dependable truck, their own computer,
printer, cell phone, and internet service at their residence.
You would be working
primarily on your own on small and medium-sized projects and with
another person on large projects as needed. Most of our work is in
Gainesville, Ocala, Starke, and Lake City. Sometimes we may only
have 1 or 2 projects during a given day, ranging in size (some small
and some large). This is a part-time position and sometimes
fulltime hours but we cannot guarantee as some weeks are busier than
others.
Please fill out application and scan/email or fax back
to us for our review along with a copy of your driver's license. Also,
email a listing of your pressure washing equipment, attach liability
insurance and worker’s compensation insurance/exemption as applicable.
